The customer will receive an email from Just Rosy once an order has been received.
Ordering and Confirmation
The customer can pay either by PayPal or Invoice (only if an order is emailed) Prices are subject to change.
Delivery within Switzerland will be via the Swiss Postal System and will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
There is a flat rate of CHF 5 for all orders within Switzerland. Just Rosy is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process.
We are happy to process international orders. Delivery charges will be quoted separately.
Free postage over 100 CHF.
Out of stock items, which need to be ordered from South Africa or elsewhere, can take a few weeks and Just Rosy will inform the customer of this within 24 hours of the order being placed.
The customer must state the reason in writing as to why the product was not to their satisfaction. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused and clean condition. The customer will receive a full refund or can exchange the product at no extra cost. Just Rosy will reimburse the postage costs to the customer.
According to the Swiss Law on Data Protection, Just Rosy will not disclose any personal data to any third parties unless legally or officially obliged to do so.
The terms are based on Swiss Law and therefore have jurisdiction only in Switzerland.
